This position is responsible for providing the highest level of help desk support, via telephone, email, through remote access, and in person to corporate and franchisee users.



·         Provide support and technical assistance to end-users including configuration, set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems, software, and hardware

·         Advise users on appropriate action as well as provide resolution process and timelines

·         Deliver excellent customer service by providing helpful, accurate and concise information to end-user issues in a polite, patient, and professional manner

·         Log, escalate, and report tickets and resolutions using an enterprise ticketing system

·         Perform research on common questions and complaints using available resources

·         Collaborate with other IT team members to coordinate desk coverage and ticket resolutions

·         Offer recommendations on system changes after identifying any reoccurring problems

·         Following and contributing to documentation of repeatable processes



·         Strong customer service support skills

·         Strong ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

·         Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements

·         Must be able to read, comprehend and follow technical service manuals and guides

·         Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team and manage multiple priorities

·         Punctual, dependable, and organized

·         Ability to communicate in a positive, patient, and professional manner



·         Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience

·         Must have an understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technical products

·         Understanding of PC hardware and current supported Microsoft operating systems

·         Ticketing system experience a plus

  • Type data, operate business machines and office equipment

  • Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to travel among locations to events and meetings.
