OMAHA, Nebraska – Wednesday morning, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers presented a check to the American Red Cross of Nebraska & Southwest Iowa to benefit Midwest flood relief efforts.  During the month of April, Freddy’s restaurants throughout Nebraska and Iowa offered guests the opportunity to add $1 to their total purchase, raising more than $20,000.

“When our community was hit with severe flooding, we searched for a way to offer our support,” said Alex Carney, franchise principal. “I’m very proud of our Freddy’s guests and team members, this donation reflects their generosity and will help provide shelter, food and comfort to families impacted by this natural disaster.”
