Freddy’s Key Lime Custard Mini Pies
Ingredients
- 1 quart of Freddy’s Key Lime Pie Custard
- 1 package of mini graham cracker crust pies (6 count)
- 1 container of cool whip or whipped cream
- 1 lime
Takes 1 hr. 15 min,
serves 6.
Instructions
- Set custard out to thaw for 20 minutes.
- Scoop custard into mini pie crusts. Pile the custard higher than the pie and use a knife to flatten the tops.
- Place in freezer for 1 hour.
- Top frozen pies with whipped cream or cool whip.
- Cut a lime into wedges and place on the side of the whipped cream or cool whip.
