WICHITA, Kan. – Fast-casual restaurant concept, Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, brings back two of its most popular seasonal menu items for the summer, Hatch Green Chiles and the Funnel Cake Sundae. Both items will be available July 13, at participating locations, through the end of August or while supplies last.
Hatch Green Chiles are the perfect topping to Freddy’s Original Double with grilled onions, cheese and mustard served on a toasted bun. Guests can also enjoy Hatch Green Chiles on a Vienna Beef hot dog or as a garnish for any menu item.
An American state-fair favorite, the Funnel Cake Sundae starts with a warm funnel cake that’s fried fresh in the restaurant when you order it. The funnel cake holds a scoop of freshly-churned vanilla frozen custard topped with strawberries and powdered sugar. Guests can also customize the sundae with their favorite from among Freddy’s 30 other toppings.
